Yogesh, a technology visionary with 25 plus years of experience, has tremendous exposure in planning and executing enterprise level business solutions for varied industry verticals. Yogesh is responsible for strategy planning and execution of organizational goals and business objectives. During his tenure in Technoforte he was instrumental in executing various high-end projects for global customers across different regions. He co-founded Technoforte in the year 2000. He is also the architect of Technoforte’s flagship product PALMS WMS.
Director – Finance & Operations
Shyam Kumar co-founded Technoforte in the year 2000 along with 3 other industry professionals. Currently he heads the Finance & Operations verticals at Technoforte. He is responsible for planning of finances & overall profitability of Technoforte group. With 27 years of overall professional experience, Shyam also takes of HR & Talent Acquisition departments at Technoforte. He has rolled out key HR policies and processes across the organization. At the helm of Compliance team he ensures that the organization is compliant to all QMS processes.
Director – International Sales
Suresh P. Chhajed is currently heading the International Sales & Marketing for Technoforte Software. Suresh, during his 28 years of experience has closed deals with some of the fortune 100 companies across the globe & has been the backbone of on-boarding marquee customers of fortune 50. Under his leadership Technoforte’s IP product, PALMS WMS has seen more than 100 plus customer implementations in different parts of the world.
Director – BI & Analytics Practice
As Director and Co-founder of Technoforte, Sanjay plays a pivotal role in driving growth, creating market presence and achieving the company long term vision. His key responsibilities include, collaborating with other founders for setting up company vision, strategy and goals. He is also responsible for sales strategy, sales leadership, marketing strategy, marketing leadership, execution and revenue growth. Sanjay has 25+ years of business development, sales, marketing and client relationship management experience. He has been instrumental in closing high value deals with customers from USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East and India.
CTO
As CTO @Technoforte, He heads the technology. He provides architecture, top level design, base frameworks, coding standards to teams across organizational lines of business. With his 25 years of experience in the Software field, he acts as on-demand bridge between business teams and technical teams. He is usually a go-to personnel when clients face critical problems. With training, guidance, design and code reviews, he continuously mentors teams and team leaders to equip themselves to produce top quality and high performing Software.
Head – International Sales & Marketing
Anant has over 2 decades of comprehensive experience in spearheading the entire gamut of profit centre operations including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management, and Procurement & Operational Leadership. He has a Consistent record of accomplishment of managing multimillion-dollar deals over twenty years. His Effective execution of sales metrics right from achieving organizations’ revenue goals to developing a team of sales personnel across different market verticals have been instrumental in the Organization’s growth. He has closed some of the large deals of Technoforte’s product line of business across various geographies.
Head – HR
She has 15 + years experienced HR professional with a record of successfully executing and supporting critical HR initiatives to drive cost efficiencies for growth. Known for developing and implementing innovative policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and efficacy across organizational operations. She has played a pivotal role in rolling out some of the Key HR policies at Technoforte. With a strong acumen in Human Resources Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Employee Benefits, Change Management, HRIS & HRMS & Employee Conflict Management. She also heads the overall operations of HR & Talent acquisition at Technoforte.
General Manager – Finance
He heads Finance and Accounting at Technoforte. With 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Services he possess Strong understanding of accounting & financial principles, processes and practices. Experience of preparing Management Accounts, providing accurate account advice and forecasting with skills in analysing complex financial data. He is responsible for Company’s day to day functioning of F&A functions including MIS, Taxation, Statutory Audit, Corp affairs in compliance with Indian AS. Preparation of P & L and Balance Sheet for Management Meetings and for the Bank. He also possess deep knowledge of regulatory standards.
Delivery Head – BI and Analytics Practice
He heads the overall delivery of BI Practice. With 20 years of technical experience including software development, software design, BI development with Data warehouse development, ETL expertise, application integration with business integration tools, Liaison between functional areas and information technology, quality control and project management.
Have worked on transaction based application development and BI report development in various domain such as WMS, Automobile, network & telecommunication, Pharmaceutical, Finance etc. He has worked on different tools like web technology on Microsoft Dot Net, Business Intelligence tools like QlikView, QlikSense, NPrinting, Microsoft Power BI, RDBMS tools like SSMS, SSIS, SSAS and Big data tool like Python
Supply Chain Practice Head
An accomplished senior IT professional with more than 20 years of broad-based experience in project / delivery management, product development and client relations. Recognized for strong analytical skills and at conceptualizing solutions to meet client requirements. Capable of leading & motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity. An effective communicator with excellent relationship & interpersonal skills.
He is currently involved in Implementing PALMS WMS solution in warehouses across multiple geographies like Asia, Africa and The USA among others, leading a team of business analysts to implement PALMS WMS across different verticals, Solution designing as per client requirements and flows & conceptualization of new product features along with content creation for PALMS Academy
Key Accounts – Manager
Senior Manager with 20+ years of experience in software services seamless deliver to the large client organizations.. Leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. Strong experience in Project Management activities encompassing planning, design, resource management, risk management, escalation management and client relations. An effective communicator with strong leadership, team management, interpersonal, planning and coordination skills.
Ardent analyst, with a flair for adapting quickly to dynamic business environments and steering process reengineering initiatives. Resourceful and deft in all phases of the SDLC (comprising requirement analysis, prototyping, proof of concept, development, testing and troubleshooting), with strong programming, software upgrade and application support/ re-engineering skills.
