Job Description:
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with prior software development experience being mandatory.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent.
Skills Required:
- 8+ years of strong Techno-Functional consulting experience.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Automobile domain is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Kannada is preferred, based on project requirements.
