Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years experience and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA
Skills Required:
- Manage, interface and define responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
