Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in identity domain is a plus.
