Skills Required : leave Management, Attendance Management, PMS, Employee Grievance handling

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of statutory laws such as ESIC , PF
  • Good  knowledge of MS Office; HRIS/ HRMS systems will be a plus
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Desire to work as a team with problem solving approach
  • Education – Preferably post graduate in business administration
