Experience : 1-3yrs
Skills Required : leave Management, Attendance Management, PMS, Employee Grievance handling
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge of statutory laws such as ESIC , PF
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS/ HRMS systems will be a plus
- Good communication and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with problem solving approach
- Education – Preferably post graduate in business administration
